Prominently located at 367 Cotham Road in the leafy suburb of Kew, this development comprises 20 individual residences deigned by Fender Katsalidis for Beulah International.

Taking inspiration from the grand mansions and Federation architecture of the Sackville ward domain, the 4-level design opens to sweeping vistas of its gardens and the city.

Its interiors feature a showcase of high-end materials such as marble, stone, timber, brass accents and seamless lengths of wall-panel joinery that that are positioned perfectly with glass walls that open out to spacious and private outdoor areas.

Construction has commenced and completion is expected by the end of 2020.
